Descrição: Pesquisa intersetorial e interdisciplinar a respeito dos impactos e interfaces de diferentes tipos de violência sobre a saúde humana. Objetiva-se compreender as dinâmicas de distintas modalidades de violência sobre a saúde de indivíduos e coletividades, bem como estratégias de manejo, pesquisa e prevenção, envolvendo estratégias intersetoriais (saúde, educação, assistência social, segurança pública, entre outros). Os cenários de estudo envolvem tanto o Sistema Único de Saúde quanto outros pontos da rede de atenção às pessoas em situação de violência, com abordagens interdisciplinares e intersetoriais (educação, assistência social, segurança pública, justiça). Um dos principais locais de desenvolvimento é a Casa da Mulher Brasileira de Curitiba (CMB), que atende mulheres em situação de violência. Projeto relacionado aos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) número 5, que visa alcançar a equidade de gênero e empoderamento das mulheres, e número 16, que visa promover sociedades pacíficas, inclusivas e justas para todos.

Description: Intersectoral and interdisciplinary research on the impacts and interfaces of distinct types of violence on human health. The objective is to understand the dynamics of different forms of violence on the health of individuals and communities, as well as strategies for management, research, and prevention, involving intersectoral strategies (health, education, social assistance, public security, among others). The study scenarios involve both the Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS) and other points of the care network for people in situations of violence, with interdisciplinary and intersectoral approaches (education, social assistance, public security, justice). One of the main sites of development is the House of the Brazilian Woman in Curitiba (HBW), which serves women in situations of violence. The project is related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) number 5, which aims to achieve gender equality and empower women, and number 16, which aims to promote peaceful, inclusive, and just societies for all.
